SABA Freudenstadt 15M
Yesterday I opened my SABA Freudenstadt 15M vintage radio because the right channel didn’t work. My modest artillery of troubleshooting techniques failed me, so I punted and just wired all of the speakers to the left channel. It’s mono now, but at least all of the speakers make sound!
But the real reason for this post is to show off my photos of the radio guts.

Is it a coincidence that everything I see on Vimeo is of good quality, and everything I see on youtube is not? Do they have some kind of quality control, or do they just attract the best content with their suave corporate image?

Burger King was not so bold as to assert actual Italianness. They’ve used scare quotes as an apologetic hedge, or so it seems at first glance.

Oh, The Turbanity!
Who says squashes can’t be delicious and decorative? I have approximately 7 million squashes gracing my counter, but the turban squash is by far the most attractive. Too beautiful to eat? Not in my kitchen.
